Great accommodation with accommodating staff with other staff members. Exceptionally nice room & comfortable bed. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. The hotel of choice in Manassas.

New building, we really enjoyed brand-new rooms. The setting of hotel was convenient, in DC area.

The kitchenette and full-size fridge made it convenient for meal prep. Although there were minor cleanliness issues, the overall comfort overshadowed them. Enjoyed the local dining options and friendly atmosphere. A nice taste of Americana!

The kitchenette is a lifesaver for quick meals 🍽️. Location was good too, close to shops. Just wished the check-in process was smoother. Didn't appreciate the extra fees that popped up.

Couple seeking cleanliness beware

The front desk staff were really friendly and tried to help as much as they could, but the rooms. Let's just say, disgusting is an understatement. One experience that got to me was when I checked for bugs after hearing stories, but saw a roach crawling right away, it's like a nightmare unfold.

It definitely wasn't inexpensive for what we got, but I guess it's what happens when you're in a pinch.

I really loved how close I was to Manassas National Battlefield Park, just a little over 3 km away, where I spent my mornings wandering through the historical sites and enjoying nature, and the nearby Chipotle offered a quick, tasty meal after a long day of exploring.

The staff was super friendly and the location was convenient for our plans! Just keep in mind the hotel's atmosphere-nothing fancy, but works for a group trip.

The only downside was some maintenance issues. I overheard a guest mention that they faced pest problems .

I stayed for 18 nights at woodspring suites, and the location was super convenient, very close to my job. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff and other residents were friendly. I also noticed the fridge was really clean, a nice bonus!

I felt a warm welcome from the kind staff. My room was spacious and nicely arranged. Bonus, it had a full-size fridge to keep my snacks fresh and a kitchenette for late-night cravings!
